Sarah joined The Hoffman Company as a Broker Associate in 2014 and has since closed more than $65,000,000 in land deals, encompassing 2,000+ units from single family to podium type product. She represents private landowners, and local farming families selling direct to both private and publicly traded Homebuilders. Although Sarah’s expertise is in residential land development, she is well versed in commercial and industrial land as well.
Sarah’s background begins in Southwest Riverside. She comes from one of the original pioneering families (The Motte Family) who farmed much of the Perris Valley in the late 1800’s. Over the years those alfalfa farms turned into land sales and later into developments. This background has provided Sarah with invaluable knowledge and experience of the Inland Empire. She has relationships with local landowners and is well respected by land consultants, environmental groups, appraisers, law firms, and key political figures throughout Riverside County. Sarah also manages her family’s assets which include residential, commercial, industrial land, and the Motte family’s classic car museum, which she helped establish as a nonprofit 501© 3 in 2008- mottemuseum.com
Sarah earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Point Loma Nazarene University and holds her California Real Estate Brokers License. She is an active member of the Building Industry Association, and the Urban Land Institute for both the Orange County and Inland Empire chapters. Sarah has traveled to over 12 countries throughout the world, enjoys snowboarding, and loves to play golf. Today she resides in Riverside with her husband Ryan, and their son Conrad.
