St. Michael’s Abbey, Seminary and Boarding High School (collectively known as “St. Michael’s Abbey”), one of only 41 Abbeys that exist through the United States. This very unique campus is located in the eastern portion of South Orange County, nestled amongst the picturesque foothills of the Santa Ana Maintains and sitting at the doorstep of the Cleveland National Forest. The +/-33 acre property was operated by The Norbertine Fathers of Orange as an autonomous abbey, seminary, and a nationally recognized preparatory boarding high school. Since 2005, Mr. Esayian has successfully transacted in excess of 18,000 lots, 1 million SF of commercial space and over 8,000 acres. Mr. Esayian specializes in representing Sellers of residential, multi-family and commercial land holdings throughout Southern California’s Coastal and Inland Markets.
Mr. Esayian’s experience includes providing strategic guidance to clients on all types of land and existing commercial real estate, predominantly for ground-up residential development. In addition, he has advised on the sale of specialty-use properties, pooled debt portfolio transactions, infill assemblages, and luxury estate properties.
Mr. Esayian is active in the following Counties: Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego and Ventura.
Mr. Esayian is an Eagle Scout and a graduate of the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA), where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
