The Hoffman Company advised land developer on improving market conditions and developed marketing plan to maximize exposure to large homebuilders.  Once we executed the plan we generated multiple offers and recommended a buyer.  After Lennar was selected as the buyer we provided due diligence management. Lennar closed in 2020 and are now open for sales.

Tom is a member of the Board of Directors of Western Community Housing (WCH) a non-profit housing provider with over 7,500 units and 12,000 residents.  Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Urban Land Planning from the University of Southern California and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in both California and Nevada.

Prior to joining the Hoffman Company Mr. Gilles was a Financial Analyst at Highpointe Communities from 1995 to 2000. During his tenure he was also involved in the processing of in excess of 5,000 lots and over 500 apartment units. This past experience brings a unique skill set to the brokerage side of the business.

Graham attended UCLA and was a member of the men’s tennis team. He also completed the Light Construction and Development Management Certificate Program (LCDM) at UCI.
